I can't find any listings for one but I feel this coin is doubled can anyone offer some insight.
With magnification that high one tends to see all kinds of anomalies. If it is "doubled", it is so minute that it does not render any kind of classification or collectibility.
What sort of information are you looking for?
This looks more plausible than many of the recent posts from other folks. However, I agree with @Steven59 that it will be hard to get any excitement for a minor variety of that sort, even if it is a true doubled die.
I'm not feeling it, but then I've been accused of being insensitive before, so...
This site is your friend:

Unfortunately, CONECA doesn't list any known 1970-D doubled die obverses.
From, what I can see, no ddo.
I recommend you stay with a 10x loupe for close up verification after your naked eye says this could be
something that I need to explore more.
Keep up with your searches as there are many Kennedy varities out there in the wild.
Kennedys are my quest...
I do see what you see. Twisting, slight splits and even that partial "Cat's Eye" in the O. However, like mentioned, too undetailed for a premium. Concentrate more on the mint mark doubling.
