That’s a beautiful red IHC!
That sure is a beauty.
I'll take a guess with MS65RD.

64RD; 65 if the luster is better in hand.
65-66 RD - My first thing was wow so I lean to the 66.

65RD.
I do like it. 65RD Nice feathers. Carbon spots and nicks/scratch prevent a higher grade, in my opinion.

Not a 5. Not with the minor hits and carbon. Could see it as a 5 with one or the other, but not both. Not sure about the luster. Need to see it in hand. I have a 5 RD, and mine is a nicer coin. That said, it's in an OGH. Perhaps grading standards have changed since then.

First thought is a 64 RD.
I would have leaned 64 red also; maybe it got the 65 bump but then a "RB" designation to tone it down some. It's often a crapshoot with color designations anyway. On my 1909 Indian PCGS at first called it questionable color, Warren Mills agreed with me "nonsense" and on attempt #2 it came back 64 red. Good enough to leave it after 2 tries.
