Anyone ever complete a set of shield nickels in a Whitman album?

I was gifted an 1868 Shield nickel recently in probably G4. It got me thinking if I could complete the series in low grade and what it might look like in an old Whitman folder/album.
Post some photos if you have your album!

This should be a fun endeavor. Many challenges to find nice undamaged coins that don't have issues like cleaning, bent, scratched, etc. The 1880 will be a real challenge as that coin could run into thousands of dollars even in low grades.
I never have. I hate starting something I can't finish. But now you have me thinking..

I have an early green Whitman album page with a nearly complete set, missing the ultra-low mintage coins from the late 1870s. The keys are proof-only which would make a truly complete album set quite a challenge.

That is one that I never started.
I did a quick search. Unless I'm missing it, I don't see many Shield Nickel albums or folders out there.

I made a prototype album for Shield Nickels. I'll take and post pictures when I get a chance. I think I omitted the toughest dates, particularly the Proof-only dates.

I need 5 yet, no album.
Luckily, when my dad brought home Whitman albums for my brother and I back in the 60's, a shield nickel album was not among them.
I put together a set of proofs minus the 67rays since putting together a date set in ms leaves some out that were proof only.

This is the prototype album I put together. It's a nice single page album. It does have some of the tougher MS dates but also leaves out the proof-only dates.

Back in the day I completed an MS set of them as I had a complete of .05$ from 1829 to 1938d... But never did a book. They, in MS, can get some GORGEOUS toning that is unique to the Nickels... It was fun but you do have to skip due to proof only stuff... Damn that was a long time ago.. LOL
