How long for Support to answer me?

Hi,

how long does the official support takes usually to answer? its been 2 weeks I have opened a ticket and never heard from them.

    Best to give them a call.
    In the United States call toll free at (800) 447-8848 (PCGS) or (877) 888-1318 (Set Registry).

    That is an lengthy time. I never waited over a week. Could you open another ticket and cite the original data/response time. I found them fairly quick to respond so something must have happened on their end.
