I always thought TrueViews were only available with Gold Shield PCGS slabs.
I learned I am wrong.

Below it a screen shot of a pdf form. Under service level the gold shield come with a TV. For the others one can select the add on service of True View in the Coin Detail list. The regular service now is gold shield but it used to not be. Also with the In-Holder TV now being done there are now some older holders with TV.
