Outside the wrapper: 5 cents.
Sealed in the wrapper: 5 cents, plus ?.
If it were mine I'd keep it as is, for posterity. Maybe someday collecting all the various coin giveaways will become more popular.
How would anyone know it came from a payday candy bar wrapper?

Word of mouth.
That's kind of why I like to see some of this kind of stuff preserved. The OP knows it's origin so it's a trail to future collectors who are wondering where their similar coin came from.
I do wish they had printed their name on it.
Would be nice to hear from someone who opened the wrapper and find if Payday brand is mentioned. Won't be me, though.

I like it, but as you can see from my avatar, I'm bent that way. I normally ascribe to the "don't mess with it" approach. However, in this case I wonder if it might be better to open the package. As is, I think you'd be lucky to get $5. Opened, with PayDay printed in some manner on the enclosed paper, you might be able to get $5-$10. Opened, only to find a blank piece of paper, it's worth 5c. Opened and finding a pristine MS67 FS coin, it's worth over 3 grand. And folks think Vault Box is a gamble ....![:D :D](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.
