It's unfortunate that the foil hologram was partially torn and missing before I purchased this coin, but it was just too dang nice to pass up even with the slightly damaged hologram.
Despite the numerous posted photos, to me, this one appeals the most. No disrespect to the others. The blue accenting the glossy silver is very striking.

So many nice coins in these old holders. My question is what is the difference (gen wise) if any, between the green vs brown label. Doesn't appear to be number related. Thanks

No difference. Green is faded brown ink. That is straight from JA.

Thanks good to know there is no difference. If I was guessing which was faded, I would have thought the brown was faded green since the green labels look more vibrant in the photos.

I agree, generally I am not one for toned coins, just find it unappealing, but I’d make an exception here.
... but I'm the one who NEEDS it lol. My type set in fatties is mostly complete at this point, my next three big targets are a Trade, a Seated Dollar, and a Bust Dollar. FEC would be great too, but this is a 2-3 year shopping list I think. I just landed a great Barber half to close out the year and the 20th century portion.

Should probably show the barber half. Coin is darker than the pics in hand, but when you tilt it into the light and catch it just right, it's incredible. Has 67 surfaces too, just phenomenal. I can see why the vast majority of these have been cracked out, they were way too tight on grading this thing.

Love Tom's blue rimmed Franky!
Is a 1.0 considered a no-line fatty??
What a nice coin!
I'll allow it if you donate it to the "DelawareDoons was too late to the party" relief fund.
Yeah, that coins hot and definitely still a no line fatty lol.

The coin is in the holder backwards and rotated...crack it out!

A couple of nice original type pieces. Getting harder to find everyday! Everyone keeps hanging onto them! 😆
It's getting tougher locating Ike dollars in these older NGC slabs.

Great coins so far.

Love the pattern. Is it Goetz?

Yessir,
Goetz op.76 it’s the smallest (28mm) of a five piece set. You can sometimes see them offered as a boxed set.
I noticed @Cocoinut shared another nice Goetz pattern op. 77 on page one of this thread.
Though I don't have a holder image, it's one of those no-line fatties with the gold hologram on the back.
