**It's in a yellow ANACS holder. I don't have it in hand yet so I'll report here which generation holder it's in when I get it. I'm 99.99% sure it's not a soapbox because the seller always says if it is. It's probably a yellow holder, but could be blue. I didn't think of it mattering what holder it is in when I made this post but next time I do this I'll wait until it's in hand. Of course, that may give the answer away.

Im going to go even further and say ANACS old holder because of the toning.

I was thinking the exact same thing, I'd even go as far as to guess it's the very early type with the two letter prefix on the serial number. I also thought perhaps an early PCI, but I think that toning would be a little more orange / purple.
