I just dealt with this exact issue recently. Contact Customer Request Center. Fill out a Label Correction request, provide pictures, and the turnaround time was quick. PSA paid for all shipping.
Is that hair strand over Pappas' left shoulder inside the case?
If you want it corrected let PSA know and they'll take care of it at no charge. Similar thing happened to me with a mislabeled card.
