Just purchased this IHC. Would also like your opinion on it overall. Thanks.
I know most of the guesses were on the lower side of 64 and this is understandable due to the weakness of strike on the first few feathers. Let me assure you that the coin overall has nice strike (except for the first few feathers) and a beautiful look to it. The surfaces have a bronze toning and are quite lustrous. Sorry my pictures aren’t the best. So here’s it in a PCGS MS-65 holder.

MS64. The strike isn't good enough to go higher.
I am going to guess MS65.
As long as the luster is stronger than in the photos. The strike is typical for the copper nickel cents with the feather tips not fully struck. I like the color from what I can see and am going to guess the coin is much nicer in hand than the photos show.
Yes. Agreed

AU58 because it seems to clearly have wear at the feather tips and other areas of the obverse. I don't think that's because of a low quality image or weak strike.

I’m guessing the strike won’t penalize the grade. If the coin in hand is nicer than the photos, I’d say 65. If not, I’m tossing and turning between 64 and 64+.
Final guess 64+.

Weak strike for sure and maybe a bit of wear

Surface is super. That is full GEM IMO.
I like this coin as an MS65. Weak strike on the feather tips but OK for 65.
That, said, I would only pay 64 money due to the weak strike.
