There was also an email updating last week that said:

    Dear PCGS Set Registry members,

We are excited to announce the winners of the 2023 PCGS Set Registry Awards!

Our members had built more than 165,000+ sets by the close of the awards eligibility deadline of June 30, 2023. PCGS recognized over 8,600 sets across all of our categories, which include the Best of Registry, Gold, Platinum, 10 Year Anniversary, and Hall of Fame Awards. PCGS pioneered the Set Registry concept over 20 years ago, and it has evolved into the most powerful inventory management system online within numismatics. In addition, this free tool allows our members to easily organize, value, display superlative imagery, and manage collections in one secure location.

If you are a PCGS Set Registry Award winner for 2023, please verify your shipping address is up to date within your Set Registry Account Profile. Please update your address no later than October 31, 2023, for accuracy. If your shipping address is not updated, we will ship the pins to the default address we have on file.

Please note that award icons are to be placed alongside winning sets shortly, and your patience is appreciated. In regard to information pertaining to next year's awards and how you may potentially join the ranks of our honored winners, please visit the Annual Awards page.

If you have questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to us at: setregistry@collectors.com.

Congratulations to all 2023 PCGS Set Registry Award winners! We wish you the best of luck and continued success in the upcoming year.

    Thank you,

    PCGS Set Registry Team

How nice that someone was able to win Best Digital album when a great number of members couldn’t get their albums to work.

In looking at the winning album it was only about half full as well, even though his set is 100% complete.

That should be embarrassing but it seems nobody cares to fix it.
    I know I'd be embarrassed.............. :o

The irony of so many digital albums lacking photos is not lost on many of us collectors who used to trust PCGS.

Fairly certain this is a glitch on the software, and what the judges looked at and awarded is a complete album. If you look at that set on your phone and then on a computer, you'll see that the digital album shows up partly complete on both, but with different items missing. If you go into his set, all of the photos are there.

It just goes back to the bigger issue of why cant they solve what seems like a reasonably simple software problem to get the digital albums working again.

Just now check the winning album with my iPhone. Out of 46 slots only 20 had coins. Many of the Digital Album owners I know are having the same, if not worse, results. I have a couple of small registries, 10 coins or less, that periodically work, but not one of my DAs with 100% completed sets are above 30% filled with photos. If the DA is not ever going to work maybe they should just do away with it.

    Congrats. Great news.

Six best of registry for me. All Great Britain half sovereign sets. However, none of the six sets were deemed gold award standard. Sad times!!

All good regardless and very happy with the direction of the collection in the past year.

Got my first banner on my World Coins in Early America set! Looks like they're adding a coin for next year, thankfully not an expensive one.

Thanks to the Pcgs group for getting this done.
A special thanks to Paulina and the IT guys.
Many of us were getting a little antsy waiting for this day to come.
    Congratulations to all the winners.

No gold for me but I did get 16 Best of Registry awards.

My one and only Kennedy set ranked #1.

    Kennedys are my quest...

  • Kudos and some helpful advice to my fellow contestants on the French 20-franc gold rooster Set Registry. One of the best kept secrets to completing your set is to look for the harder-to-find Originals (1899-1906) overseas in France and Germany. I wish you all the best in the coming year!
