Interesting submission and story....

Customer calls me and tells me he has a bunch of fresh graded slabs he wants to sell. He is normally a pretty serious collector so I was quite excited to see what he was going to offer me.
Well I was very surprised when he pulled out these..... I just ask why. He said there was jim beam and beer involved and left it at that. We had a good laugh. Would love to know the whole story.
So for your viewing pleasure here is a great group of very high dollar coins in fresh graded PCGS plastic (not)

Whew. I've got some Jim Beam stories myself, but nowhere near that level of crazy!

That sheep is a Liar!
Someone has too much free time and/or money. With the whiskey I wonder if there was a wager involved with a friend.
It’s gotta be the Jim Beam. A good bourbon and maybe he would have made better decisions.
I kinda like the woodgrain toning on the 73 Lincoln.
To je govno.

Looks like our hosts missed the boat. They left off the attribution,"Jim Beam Collection."
Probably a few Everyman set collectors will be contacting you...............

This is why there should be a breathalyzer interlock on the submission form.

On the bright side the insurance cost was probably low….
Some guy name Jim hit him over the head with a Beam.
Not if they declared a $500k value
I had the same thought. Those AU 58s might be quite difficult to find in slabs for those trying to do a set in that grade.
CMC, you didn't buy them, did you?
