Large or small motto on 64 2 cent. Samples?? Who knows?

I thought this was a small motto but now I think maybe not. Samples anyone??

That is a Large Motto.
Different font from a Small Motto.

See below. As noted by greenstang different font. The small motto the letters in general are as wide as they are tall and large motto letters are taller than they are wide. Also letters S and W have the extra sheriff on them.
