    Technically production and not a sample as these were made for the Scott Travers Coin Collecting kit. Reportedly either 15,000, 35,000, 50,000, or 100,000 were made.

    Known from 1916 - 1929 except for 1922 (naturally).

    I think I'll pass.

    It would not be worth the shipping charges to me.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    They aren't samples, but instead were part of a coin collector promotion as stated previously. They are generally pretty easy to find, if I recall correctly, but just going to ebay.
