Coins have disappeared from my CAC Registry sets

Did I miss the memo? It's happened to all three of my CAC registry sets. Here's one example:

MPL set 1909-1916 - all coins are CAC

Hello, it appears you have provided the link to your set when you are logged into your account so it does not work for others. Need the public link.

I think I tracked down this set under the Lincoln's Matte Proof and Brenners Masterpieces? Set is in both the CAC only and regular set category? However, the CAC only set is locked and no public viewing.

If so, then the CAC only set history is showing that 7 items were removed on 8/26/23 at 2:13:16 am. (today)

The non-CAC set does not have this revision and is 100% complete. I am assuming the two sets have the same coins.

If you did not make this revision (as it appears from your thread), then I would check to see in your inventory if under the column Sticker the items are still showing CAC (see image below for inventory headline). If not, then that might be the problem and items were removed from set.

Could type out more possibilities but would just be more guessing. More information is needed.

hmmm ok I can fix that. I've also emailed setregistry to ask, but of course I discover things like this at the start of the weekend ...

Same coins posted in both sets. Looks like it happened to Hansen as well. Same thing happened with my IHC CAC set and my 1936-1942 Proof CAC set.

Yes, those were the sets I was looking at. As noted above there was a set revision early today and 7 items removed. The only thing I could think of is somehow the items lost their CAC under Sticker in the inventory and were therefore removed.

I have put coins into inventory and they did not show CAC when they did have it (this well before any current problems with the CAC website transition). I did as you noted and sent email to Set Registry and the CAC then showed up under Sticker. I have not had any CAC disappear though. Do these items still show CAC under Sticker in your inventory?

There is a glitch and it’s affecting many of the CAC sets. I lost half the coins in one set and just one coin in another. It appears to be totally random. I spoke with PCGS yesterday and they are aware of the problem. They have put a ticket into their IT department. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I am a little slow here as I was out yesterday but I checked my limited (a few dozen or so) pcgs Inventory and surprise I found two that no longer have the CAC under sticker. Don't know how long it has been that way as I don't normally check after loading the items and not having any CAC only sets would not show up. With the above noted ticket I think out of curiosity, since it does not impact anything I do, I will occasionally check them and see if the CAC shows back up under Sticker (or maybe more disappear ).

I know the feeling. Sometimes I can't find my halo. Then I look down and see it around my ankles. Hopefully you have the coins, despite glitches.

I noticed this too.
Yes, totally random as I see My Inventory has some of my CAC coins still as CAC and others not. Weird..

So it has been a month and I logged in and check my inventory. All of mine that should have a cac notation currently do have the notation. The two that were previously missing are back and the others are still showing / good.
