Oh my, nice try, but no.
I can’t see your die scratch next to the M, but those rims aren’t even close to sharp. Those are rounded tor beveled. The rims should have razor sharp edges.

Beyond all those die markers... your rims are NO WHERE NEAR MPL.

In reviewing all of your posts for today, if only you were asking for inputs from the forum rather than taking unsubstantiated positions. As Harry Callahan said, "A man's got to know his limitations".
You don't need to look for die markers before you can tell that's not a matte proof.
