Why has PCGS taken away access to anyone beside the receptionist?

Am I mistaken? Is there a way to contact anyone beside the receptionist?

It's likely a way to keep people from continually bothering busy staff and slowing down productivity. I can only imagine how many calls they field daily from impatient submitters, etc.

You cant even email any of the4 higher ups..You used to be able to do all of that. I think their current service level sucks!!! I spent 180 on one coin to be told they couldn't authenticate, Check the 1801 draped bust dime thread..... No excuse in my book.. they took my money and couldn't be bothered to do the actual work or offer any type of explanation

Wow, what a spectacular example of how irony is dead these days--OP is spamming this board with their gripes about PCGS (so one can only imagine how many calls OP has placed to PCGS), and they really wonder why PCGS isn't taking their calls?
