    You are the expert... but I would say yes with only hesitancy being the reverse bell.

    I think the reverse may hold them both back. It's hard to tell from the images given.

    I agree that the reverses are holding them back - especially on the second set of pics.

    Took a quick scan through my pics and found an example...........

    I'm sure the reverse held this back from a cameo. The entire bell just didn't quite have it.

    The obverse of the two half dollars warrant a Cameo designation. The reverses have frosted devices that are not as heavy as the obverse devices. IMO it is a toss up on whether our host will award the designation.

    I will send them in for grading and post results.

    Both coins are very high quality and have fantastic eye appeal.
