of course i have the 2018 proofs the 2019, 2020,2021,2022 and 2023 proof sets and reverse proof sets they are to reasonable in price to not collect them. thanks a ton

Collect them if you like them, but don’t expect them to increase in value during your lifetime. I’m keeping an album of mint state strikes for each state—I buy a bag, keep the best one, and spend the rest. I also have this reverse proof as my type set example which just got its TrueView posted today:

Great designs. X'mas gifts for the grandkids and with luck when they reach retirement age, these sets might end up collectors items.

They are quite pretty, and not even vaguely expensive. If they appeal, collect them; if they don't appeal, pass. But they will never, in my lifetime, be anything like a "good investment."

I got hooked by the big open fields. I think they are really nice. I’ve got every issue in OGP . Regular and reverse. The 2018 reverse proofs are the winners as far as increased value. Inexpensive and interesting designs. Thanks 🙏 Always worth a buck.

Some of them are really cool, like the telephone one and the light bulb one and a few others. I bought some rolls of the ones I really liked the designs of, as well as some of the proofs and reverse proofs. I have them in airtight containers with desiccant in them. The composition of these will make them corrode easier than most coins overtime. I’m thinking a lot of these will age as bad as the zinc Lincoln’s and ones that are corrosion free will be more likely to be desirable sooner than many think. It will still take too long and not enough premium to make them really profitable, but still worth doing if you like the designs and aren’t in a hurry. More like something that future coin collectors will appreciate. Like I wish more people did this back in the day for us.
