If this has been discussed before I apologize. Is the US Mint the only mint to have problems with milk spots, or have other world mints had problems also?

The royal Canadian mint was famous for their problems with milk spots on their maples a few years back.

Canadian silver mapleleaf coins have this same problem.

There have been some Mexican Libertads with this issue over the last few years.

As others have noted, The Royal Canadian Mint also had this problem with the SML.
They introduced a 'fix' back in 2018 called "Mintshield". Not something that I buy, so I cannot provide any first-hand accounts of impact.

older silver maples were the worst. not a problem if buying for bullion only. Actually sometimes a discount for what is still a pure oz of silver.

Milk spots dont bother me when I'm looking for affordable fillers, well unless one of my coins that didnt have them when I bought it suddenly gets them, but ... so far im lucky that they have not
