All I see is a regular 1969 cent worth a cent.

@Matt97932.... You need to be more specific. If it is the lines behind Lincoln's head, either die polish or cleaning or PMD.... No numismatic premium. If it is the line on the reverse, left side of the Memorial (as viewed), no idea.... cannot see enough details. Cheers, RickO

Maybe he was talking about this? I was thinking some kind of clash but an overlay doesn't match up to any device on the obv.
