Same folks, different account. Please report if you have the time and feel the need. They always do this when the experienced staff are off. So shutting them down is slow and unnecessarily difficult. I am sure they get money from victims before getting closed down every time.

Hopefully eBay has implemented some tools to quickly detect and eradicated much of this through the use of AI.

Be nice that it could be done with counterfeits too but maybe that's in the works.
