Sigma Metalytics Precious Metal Verifier - How Do I Know It Is Charging Or Not

Hi, I need help, I purchase this Product "Sigma Metalytics Precious Metal Verifier" and i want to know, how to charge this device. Because I already connect a given USB Cable wire to this device. but there is not any sign of charging shows on this device.

So I try this, I keep on leave it ON this Machine, after this I again reconnect USB Cable then I saw Green Light is blinking for a minute, there after is not blinking at all. Then I disconnect USB Cable wire and reconnect again, after this any number of times disconnect & reconnect, it will never blink green light next to power button at all, so I want to know "How to charge this Machine"...Thanks

    Fwiw I haven’t charged mine in at least a year. I’ve used it at least a hundred times so it’s a big battery.
