UPDATEd….3 of the rare Pacific Coast Numismatic Society (PCNS) medals.
I have just about completed all of the what I feel are the important PCNS medals which are in silver. They did however come in other metals which I do have but will post them in its entirety at a later date on my website.
Below are two that I’ve hunted for a very long time. And thanks to many some forum people and Micheal Whener. And a few others including auction houses I have all but one now.
I thought to share with everyone because I am not a set collector type of gal but PCNS, CSNA, San Fransico Coin Club and PNNA are fairly important medals in the numismatic circles and more.
.
I also want to thank PCGS and the team I’ve been working with to get all these important medals graded and trueviewed.
Without their help it wouldn’t be as well know as it will become.
Coin clubs are important to our hobby. They get us out to meet people and learn.
They get new youngsters to get interested.

THE UPDATE is medal mintage 100 but almost never seen!
And the last one I needed I was very lucky to pick this one up. Now. I can say I do have all the important ones (to me) and will be making a wallpaper to show off my collection!
Thanks for looking

Great work getting them found and documented. I always liked octagons and that one is really nice.

What a great endeavor Stef! You are a true collector and it's been great following your pursuit of this collection! It's great you have these from 1932 and 1940 now!
I wonder if it's possible to look up the President of PCNS during those years? PCNS is really one of the great coin clubs with a long prolific history in the US. It's wonderful now that PCGS is also slabbing these important pieces.
I can't resist showing one of my favorites again
@coinsarefun ... Very nice Stef... Though I spent twenty years in WA state, I did not know about this club. Cheers, RickO
Thank you. very much everyone. I cant wait until I get all the info posted on my website. I'm also doing Heraldic Art medals, Gallery Mint Museum, Daniel Carr and several others. Just need health and patience!
