I got here to Orlando Thursday night after a long drive from Nashville. It is HOT and HUMID. Getting to the show at 9:30 I saw about 30 people waiting to get in. Throughout the day, the amount of people at the show grew quite a bit. I overheard several dealers say that some dealers were coming through in early bird and buying ALL their inventory. Specifically, stuff under $500 and mid 19th century gold with C, D and O mint marks were absolutely flying. @ricko bullion sales lagged, imo. I visited several bullion tables multiple times and it was a ghost town.
I had trouble finding coins I liked at the show. There was very little bust half material. Luckily, I located one that a fellow bust half enthusiast had just placed on his bourse table. I didn’t hesitate and scooped it up.
@habaraca and I met up with @jacrispies and @Davidk7. We talked bust halves for a while over some average Chinese food and they wheeled and dealed. Great times and they are good folks! Back on the floor, I was able to sell all my dupes to dealers who awaited my VF-AU bust halves with open arms for my asking price. A good sign the market is still going strong. (Pics are an embarrassment, I know)
On Friday there were a lot more folks waiting to get in and coming in throughout the day. I was a it more determined to comb through inventory and find some hidden gems. Thankfully I was able to locate a pretty cool variety 1811 if you would like to guess the variety. I also bought this nice 1813 from the same dealer (and the same PCGS submission).
I also ran into @DeplorableDan who was on the hunt for some fancy gold coins. Good to meet you, brotha.
All in all a FUN time! Okay that was a lame joke. But it didnt End there! After waiting for prices on some raw coins I liked, I was able to strike a deal! Guess these varieties too!

Nice report and coins. Looking forward to ANA in a couple of weeks. Interesting that dealers would be scoping up that much inventory from other dealers. They must have the demand for all types of coins and makes one think the market is strong across the board.
A pleasure meeting you and Phil @Pnies20! Glad your show report finally reappeared from the twilight zone![:D :D](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
