I've been getting four boxes a week for some time now. That being said, they stiffed me last week because of the holiday. But I'm back on track now! Don't forget to look for those doubled dies. They used to be plentiful, but not so much now. Maybe I've gotten them all!

The vendors at the University of Texas football stadium used to give them out as change, and lots of things came out with 50 cents in change. They paid them out up until they quit taking cash altogether a couple of years ago. I saw them used in Ecuador a few years ago, they use US coins as legal tender, and the half does circulate there.

Please only remember my opening Sig Line.I don't generally go through machine wrapped rolls - when I did I found a 1963 proof Franklin. I find it fascinating that silver somehow slipped into the process and didn't reject at some point in the sorting processes in coin machines etc. Correctly calibrated machines will reject them, but obviously they get out of calibration and then the fun begins. I have even found older British pennies from the early 20th century in rolls and they are lighter than even a cupro-nickel half dollar.
I admit, with the finds I have made I get a bit tight lipped about sharing - don't want to start the next silver rush.
