Tough. I think there's enough Liberty for an F12, but a VG8 would not surprise me.
Obverse looks VG08, but without a full rim on the reverse I don't think it can go higher than G06
G06. Rim is just too gone on reverse and nearly the obverse. However it wouldn't surprise me if a composite score was given VG08 with some eagle feathers and some Liberty lines retained.

I was disappointed with the origianal grade and had it regraded this week. It's at the appropriate grade level now.

I can see it getting a lower grade, but I do agree with its current grade now. Beautifully original piece.

I can see why it got an 06 the first time around. The second trip to 08 is accurate.
