Check those warnicks for lamination errors.
Also, check them for the 1943/2 overdate.

There are also tons of RPMs and several nice doubled dies.
Your buying at this show seems very unfocused.

Yes thanks, I did. Found 11 very cool ones, some toned, as well! Nothing else, though.

Couldn't pass up a likely contemporary gold plated V nickel with worn plating and a well engraved reeded edge for $5.

@jacrispies Agree that is looks like an original racketeer nickel. The platting shows circulation wear and the added reeded edge was very well executed. The gold-plated racketeer nickels of more recent vintage usually don't have the added reeded edge.

Recent purchase from the Lakeland, Florida coin show. This 1824 over 4, Overton 110 half dollar is NGC graded MS-64+. I can't shoot a photo that really does it justice. Both sides have unbroken swirling luster through the toning.
Can we post what we “wished” we could purchase at a recent coin show? Pick one…!!
One of my pickups from Long Beach- I got it for not much more than a non-toned one:
Lol
Me liking that one in the center!
The 1885CC.

Yep, that's what the 'real' racketeer nickels should look like. I've seen a lot of them with worn plating from the era but the ones where the edge has been reeded are not easy to find.

Sorry I missed the Lakeland show, @BillJones , sounds like there were some worthwhile coins.
Expecting to buy nothing at the recent Melbourne show, I was surprised to find this buried in a lot of unpriced low grade early copper. I already have multiple examples in higher grade, but couldn’t pass it up.
