1944-S "Still" Penny
This is a really not too good fake. Does the person who bid $830 really think he is getting the bargain of the century? I reported the auction a couple days ago, but it is still there - perhaps a few more reports will get it pulled and save the bidders from themselves . . .

A "still" penny is what you get after drinking too much corn squeezins.

Looks like another ebay scam... I think the seller meant 'steel'...and of course, it is not... Just a plated cent. Cheers, RickO
Not just “still”, but “memorial”, too.
A little bit of mercury.... and presto! a 'still' cent!
And it sold for $3,050 !! Too much easy money out there I guess.
Man, that's not even close to the correct mintmark:
Oh well...............

That is not a plated genuine US Mint coin, and it is not a product of the US Mint.
The seller has some other not so good things for sail as well 🫤
