Being Imaged?

I sent in a submission to our host and it's being imaged. Why is this being done?
Does this add time to completion time.

    It’s for the TrueView. It most likely does add time, but the queue for slabbing is most likely longer than the queue for Trueviews so it may not really add much depending on how they schedule things.

    Submissions sent a regular service level or higher automatically get TruView images.

    As above, Trueview, and it adds time, although I don't think much.

    Means it is in process for TruViews.... Should not be any major delay.... Cheers, RickO
