What me I never understudied is why we have to have CAC and QA to certify for example the PCGS or others TPG's grading? What we have different levels? in this case GUYS I open a company and you will be employed because you are better specialists then those company specialist and we will certify if CAC or QA was correct. We will put one sticker 8.5 $ So will be simply: PF 70 PCGS cert by CAC and then by us.
The word go upside-down. Do those big specialists who are at CAC or QA will cert me an single error or variety know which only VSS after 6 month of studies do? No, no one on those companies are able. Probably ELLIS at QA know more.
