Has anyone been successful in speaking with anyone at PCGS by phone to ANYONE by phone?

Once again, I have called and called to customer service and the set registry and have NOT been able to speak to ANYONE. Are they on break or vacation, or something else? Maybe they have my number blocked? They still haven't addressed any of my questions regarding my 1965 Kennedy, BUT, they have returned the photo that I sent them that was the original TV photo to the Price guide or Coinfacts areas. Now I have 2 1964 Kennedys for reconsideration under the economy submission level since they aren't going anywhere except back to my sets, if they make it back here, I hope? One is the 64-D MS 67 coin, the other is the PR 68 DCAM coin. They have been in the QA section for about a week now, How long does it take after that to post the grades? Thanks a lot in advance to anyone that can provide any assistance. OR, is there another way that I can speak to anyone via any means? Ray

Patience....call the customer service number....push the button for a call back. Relax and have a cup of coffee.. in an hour or two you will get a call back. Have your submission number ready. When my newest sub was in received for 10 days I called and 2 days later it was in grading. The customer service rep said 40 business days....a nice way to say don't call back umtil it is over 40 days.

You must know The Secret. Ask, Believe, Receive. The Secret works wonderfully for those who know it in the grocery store parking lot when trying to find a parking spot close to the entrance.

I have never had a problem calling into the set registry. I am on the east coast and take into the account that they are three hours behind me. EST versus PST time zones. I have waited maybe 20 minutes to get thru. I calculate that they have morning break at 8-830 am and lunch at 12-1 pm.
Customer service answering can take more than an hour. Use the call back option or do what I do by putting the call on speaker phone and wait till they pick up.
I just continue doing my coin searches till they respond.

Also never had a problem speaking with Registry or the couple times I've called the regular PCGS #.

I have had luck over the years calling them in the morning before they close the door on new calls sometime in the afternoon. I have had good results using email. "QA for a week."???? Come on, man. Be patient. 1964? Economy? You get what you pay for. We all have the option for faster service.
