It's ruined, send it to me and I'll .... dispose of it.
Put your fingers on opposite sides of the plastic edge and twist. It will either jar itself loose or crack the plastic and break free.
@percyb .... Place coin/holder in the freezer for half an hour.... should come loose.... Cheers, RickO
First, put a towel down below your working area so when the coin comes out it has a soft place to land.
Assuming this is an air tight like holder, coin holder facing down so coin can fall out, grasp the edge of the holder with the forefinger of each hand, thumbs in the middle of the plastic back to push in while pulling back with the forefingers. Rotate and repeat until coin pops out or the plastic cracks.

This is a bad idea. You risk coating the coin in plastic if the plastic is acetone soluble.
I just got to ask, WHY. If you just gotta have to do it, try a chain saw, A dremo tool, or maybe an Exacto knife and cut the seal between the top and the bottom pieces of the holder on all four sides and then just pop it out.

I would try putting a towel down and heating the plastic with a hair dryer. If you don’t go too far with it, heating the plastic should soften it enough to release the coin.
Alternatively you could try using dykes/side cutters/ wire cutters to snip the raised rim of the holder off or crack it enough to dislodge it. This could lead to scratches on the coin or you if not careful and unfamiliar using such tools.

Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
Ricky’s suggestion worked. She was liberated from the holder by the freezer method! Froze the holder. It cracked in two freeing the ASE!! Thanks
Hooray! Now what are you gonna do about the latent prints?

Sorry, exactly my thoughts. How you gunna remove your fingerprints? I suppose someone should have suggested gloves and a towel. Oh well. Get out the acetone and hopefully you can save the ase.

I held off commenting, but I immediately thought the same thing.
And flatten down the staples on those 2x2s in the background.
You're correct. Duh me!
Oh no! It's ruined now, you have finger prints on the reverse!
