I had some free time yesterday afternoon so...

I decided to visit my LCS. Haven't been there in like a year and a half. I decided to pick up some generic Morgans in near gem. Two in OGHs, which are always appealing to me. You can NEVER have too many of those big uncirculated silver dollars. They weren't busy, which is unusual, so I had a nice long conversation with the owner. Enjoy!

PS-Pardon my images. It is quite possible that I am one of the worst photographers, in the world. LOL

    Nice pickups! As a bonus your 1887 is a VAM coin. Not sure what number, would have to see close up pictures.

    Yup, VanAllen and Malis assigned a VAM designation to every Morgan and Peace dollar. Even the normal or unremarkable ones.
