I must have done something, my post on Thursday poofed. Lol

This is my only one. Everytime I see her she reminds my of my grandpa. He was born in 1900 and was 21 when this coin was minted.

Even though it was nearly the beginning of the roaring 20's, I imagine that a dollar was a lot of money back then. I imagine that life was a little rougher in Nebraska back then; hot hot in the Summer and damn cold in the Winter.

This is one of my favorite DC minted items! This piece is in an ANACS AU-58 holder.

Sorry to hear about your incarceration. I didn't see anything obvious going on that led up to it.

So cool, I love me a Walther pistol. Great logo!
Although, for serious business I’ll still take my Glock in 9mm, .45, or 10mm! You choose.😂

No Peace dollars to post, but just dropping in to say that life is too short to prove a point by eliminating things that you still enjoy. The forum is fun. Take a break, and come back in a few weeks with a different perspective.

Life is too short to stay here when it stopped being fun for him. Smart guy to realize it and nice of him to go out with a giveaway of this value!😎

This is the nicest Peace Dollar I have. Mainly because I have sent 4 blast whites to ANACS to be graded. These 4 were part of a super transaction with Che_Grapes. I really will miss you if you do leave.

This Peace Dollar indicating my feelings on this situation too. I've been on probation 3 or 4 times and still have to be cautious. 🤬 :s

Sorry to see you leave but I totally understand your frustration. I don't know the circumstances in which you were banned but I know that their are instigators here. I chose the ignore button so I don't see their replays, kept me from getting into trouble! I went back and looked at all the posts are sure enough 2 of the people I have on ignore never posted! Call me Perry Mason, but it doesn't take much to know who they are.
Wish you would reconsider and just put those on ignore like I did
    Good luck in your future

This is one of my favorite coins. The photo does it no justice. It is graded MS65 CAC in an OGH. Hope you stick around. If not hang loose and good luck with your future endeavors.

We have a clear winner (love it when that happens - no three-way tie) and it is @winesteven with the near flawless and gem+++ beautiful 1934P - that is a nice coin! There were several others that I felt were worthy of attention and loved the thread..!!
Steven I’ll be reaching out to you IM for address - congrats!

Thanks so very much for your LARGE generosity, and thanks so VERY much to those that “liked” what I said, as well as liking my coin, despite it having been dipped, in all likelihood. There were some beautiful toners shown.

More importantly though, I hope you think long and hard about your future forum plans. You’ve read what many of us have shared from our hearts. Your contributions will continue to be needed, and you’ll continue to learn too from this forum. Separate from education, the camaraderie and relationships that get made and grow are invaluable. We hope to see your presence on this forum for MANY years to come!

This belongs here, if only to show what was the original.

Kudos to George Morgan for the excellent work on modifying it.

The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
