Not a real service. Basement slabber.

Garbage slab, but the Ike doesn't look half bad.

With the low serial number, I'd say it's too early in the game to call it a "garbage slab". For all we know, the coin could be undergraded. ;)

Closest thing I have in my collection is TruGrade Service. Not sure if they have rebranded as TGS or this is an entirely different company.

Entirely different. TruGrade is gone. Became NuGrade and then half the team founded UGS - they were gone in the early 2000s.

Clearly this is a self slabber. I only wonder if when he/she looked at the coin they said "this looks perfect- ms70"

may the fonz be with you...always...

Love the SN (00000045). Makes me wonder if they ever broke 100. 🤣

Pat - those inserts are <$1 per.
I have similar for when I give lower priced coins as gifts (like for my son's school birthday parties, etc, years ago).
I bought in groups of 25...and they had the holes for all different denominations.

Then, someone just prints out the insert they want and glue the plastic to seal it (I used scotch tape or nothing at all, as I never tried to sell mine off).

There is no real coin authentication company behind those. 100% certain of that. Some dude operating out of his home, hoping for gullibles.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Have not seen that one before.... Those Ike dollars look as if they spent too much time in the oven.... Cheers, RickO

70? On the NGC-X scale, maybe.

Assuming the Ikes were bright when slabbed, what is in that green plastic?
