Is it really worth selling after expenses ?
What would someone pay for it ungraded/unattributed ?
Id grade this one Fine (the other I found this week would be VF). PCGS guide lists it at $54-$60 at the 12/15 grade range. I would think that most people would be willing to buy a coin in this grade raw.
I do not think most people would be willing to pay PCGS retail for a coin that is not in the PCGS holder. In the holder it would sell for a percentage of the retail price. Gold does best, then silver, then copper, and then nickel.
After grading and EBAY it is a loss; raw, perhaps $3 or $4.
