    @Russell12... That is great. The antique shops around here also have some coins... But they are priced as if they were gold with inset diamonds... :D;) Definitely not worth the asking price and not willing to negotiate. Cheers, RickO

    Always fun looking around antique, consignment or pawn shops for coins.

    The first place I ever bought coins from (maybe 7 years old) was an antique shop. I wasn't very bright, and the coins were very overpriced. I ended up paying $80 (a lot for a 7 year old) for an 1822 large cent in about the same grade as yours. I'm glad you did a lot better.
