Hi everyone . I have this wheat penny isn't mint mark penny or die chip . Thanks for your help.

    Looks like a die chip on the mint mark.... No significant numismatic premium. Cheers, RickO

    That is known as a broken post, a form of a die chip. Quite common on D and P mintmarks.
