Have you ever had your TV photo on Coin Facts disappear after resubmitting for reconsideration?

I submitted a 1965 Kennedy along with 9 other coins for reconsideration, I asked for them NOT to crack them out unless if they upgraded. I have submitted it raw many years ago, came back as an ms 65. I didn’t
agree so I resubmitted it and got a 66, better, but coin’s much better. I waited until they came out with the plus grades and got 4 “ free” submissions, so out it went. In that batch I had a coin go from 66 to 67+, but this was still a 66.
Before they returned it to me I saw the grades, I didn’t agree with another 66 so I called them. I spoke to a couple nice customer service folks and asked why not higher? I got a huge surprise when I received a call from PCGS and they said they were a grader. I asked if it was because of the surface on the neck. He replied no, it’s because of the shiny spot below the bust. I explained that was because it was struck through a small item, like a piece of wire. When I told him that he said he had look at it again. I asked about the “ marks” on the neck, he stated that was something on the luster of the coin and would probably come of with restoration, it would NOT hold it back from upgrading. Now it comes back as an ms 67!
I’ve had it back for a few years and resubmitted it for reconsideration, when I got the email stating my grades were ready, I looked them up, some nice surprises but not on the 1965! I called 15 times on three consecutive days, I had 7 ahead of me, then 3 ahead of me, next 5 ahead. On the Friday I called the registry people and they stated they would put it on the call back list, and I only had 1 person ahead of me. A couple hours later, I was still 1 person behind. They promised someone WOULD call. On Monday I got an email stating my coins were in the mail. To date, more than a MONTH later, I still haven’t received a call back.
When I got the coin back I looked at the other 1965 Kennedy’s in ms 67+, and I think my coin is equal to them. However, now my coin’s photos have disappeared from Coin Facts. And when you search for the certification number, you only have a smaller photo of the obverse. I’m including the photo that appears when you perform a certification check, the cert number is: 18665628. It doesn’t show up at all in coin facts. I am also including the original True View photo of the coin’s. I have contacted customer service and they wanted me to send them photos so they can research it. Anyone else have this kind of stuff happen? Thanks a LOT in advance. Ray
PS: I’ll have to add the photos after I post this because it states on my computer that no photos are available.

The photo that comes up looks like the kind you would get a few years ago when you didn't pay for TV but you did a gold shield service. They weren't great or "real" photos. I don't know what's going on but I do know that I've had the PCGS system not call me back but most of the time it does. I am surprised you were able to talk grading details with someone knowledgeable.
Generally if your photos disappear, it's because you're getting a new cert number.
I FINALLY was able to post photos! The neck and the reverse top of shield both have the same issue with the luster. When you look at it with a 10X power loop you can see there’s no true wear/damage to the coin.

The degree of evaluation you are seeking, would require in hand evaluation. Good pictures, but not sufficient to provide the answer you require. Cheers, RickO
They will not accept a coin for regrading and NOT crack it out of the holder. They will then remove the old cert # from the database and photo.
Collector of what ever looks good to me today.
The OP said it was submitted for reconsideration, not regrading. Under the terms of reconsideration, the coin is not cracked from the holder.
I had to look up the values on these as I was a little confused as to why you went through all this trouble on a 1965 Kennedy. Looks like the payoff is really at the MS67 point.
The coin photos on the opening page (some call them plate coins) stay on the opening page until a new one receives the same grade or higher. Then it is bumped down to the “other images” page.
