It looks like a coin that was "spooned" and then placed in another coin that was also "spooned". Possibly a WWII vintage item that was carried as a pocket piece for many years and took quite a beating in the process.

I'm guessing spooned but then they lost interest and flattened down the protruding edges/rims from the spooning.
Appears to have remaining part of a bezel.. Just guessing from the pictures... No value beyond silver melt.... Cheers, RickO

Please focus....I believe you that it has a smooth edge, which indicates spooning, but a blurry shot like those just drive us here crazy.
