I'd guess VF details, if it's genuine.
First instinct is counterfeit. I don’t like the D in dollar, and the mintmark is questionable.

It's a fake, either an added mint mark or cast counterfeit. Ref Coinfacts, especially the MM'S on the genuine examples.
