Barber Dime from the 7070

I’ve had this in my album for over 30 years. I had a penchant for first year coins and toning, and this fit the bill for <$40. It’s darkened slightly over the years. I’ve since owned (and sold) much scarcer and higher grade dimes, but never really felt inclined to swap it out.
There are some rim cuds below the date that are a little distracting, but it’s ok knowing that they aren’t damage.

I've always kept the option open to upgrade the 7070 when possible. Nice coin! 👍🏻

Thanks; I’m on my third 1892 quarter, so I’d tend to agree, when circumstances warrant it!
Surprisingly (what might be shocking to most), I've put some lower grade coin in the 7070 just to give the album a consistent look. Problem free coins of course.![;) ;)](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)

Nice coin for the album... and you are justifiably proud of it. Cheers, RickO
This was a downgrade from the dark gray XF45 quarter that was in the set (but kept):
@Walkerguy21D- Nice clash!! 👍🏻

Nice, Greg. The rim cuds do not bother me at all. I lived with them on the Indian Head Cents for 20 years. They were somewhat prolific on the AU and MS coins I collected. I might dig my 7070 out and take a peak. Thanks for sharing.
