@giorgio11 - kudos on not giving up on this! I had honestly just stopped looking at it, because of the frustration. I checked it today. Now, my half dime set is 99.19% complete - meaning I have just one hole in a set of 123 coins. However, the photo album is mostly empty. The page below is all empty holes - except for the single lowest-grade coin in my whole set (a rare marriage I've only been able to nab in G6). Not exactly putting my best foot forward here! :-)
Please reach out directly to Set Registry for resolution.

I have same problem of trueview images not appearing in set registry. Unable to select trueview image to fill the gap despite paying for trueview service. PCGS customer service was asking me to download from the cert page and unload myself. They do not even understand that PCGS set registry is designed to downscale customer uploaded image. Whatever image that the end user upload is going to look worse off than their own system uploaded trueview image. Yes, it will also downscale the trueview image that you download from their website. The downscaled quality is not an acceptable option to me, so uploading trueview image myself is not acceptable. What happen after the coin is sold? the buyer has to redo the uploading by himself again?
It has been 3 months since I emailed setregistry@collectors.com, no reply. Being in email contact with regular PCGS customer service for 3 months, no resolution is arrived, no answer given. PCGS service and system is going downhill.
Well this is happening to my sets also, but if you refresh the screen more of the missing coins will appear. If it a large album, you will have to refresh the screen several times, but they will show up.

While this is somewhat helpful (and thank you for it), the point is not only for the owners to be able to admire their own collections, but for other collectors to be able to see and admire them as well. In my own case, I have two sets of Lincoln cents with 140 coin images spread over 36 pages (including covers). I can refresh until the cows come home, yet not all of my coins appear. And how many casual visitors are going to bother to refresh their browsers multiple times to see whether other images will appear in the sets of other collectors? As I (and many others) have said repeatedly, this is a GLOBAL PROBLEM despite PCGS' seemingly complete disregard towards finding a GLOBAL SOLUTION.
The question I have, since this has been going on for over a year now with no solution in sight, when the awards deadline hits, are the judges going to get a full album to look at? Or are they just going to shrug and say "these lazy SOBs couldn't even put up their pictures" and move on to the next (equally half-empty) album???
And... telling us to call or email their customer service over it? "Uh, yeah, you can add my name to EVERY ONE of your customers" --- Yeah, I'll be holding my breath for THAT solution...
Oh - and while we're busy not fixing the broken True-View image server, can we maybe look into fixing the user-uploaded image server too? EVERY image I upload (including the overseas True-view that the registry won't recognize, until I download it and re-upload it myself) turns into a muddy blurry mess in the digital album - if you click on it, to get it on "its own screen" it's crystal clear. But on the coin album pages it looks like garbage. (Does anybody have any decent workarounds for this, by chance?)
I guess we're down to the last couple weeks now, and there's still no announcement here about 'voting for your favorite albums' so maybe they're just going to throw that category in the garbage along with the Gold Award plaques.
The customer service at PCGS has gotten so bad. You would think that with the rise of CACG they would care about resolving ongoing customer complaints.
