Right now the market is a bit crazy. New PCGS holders (a little less so for NGC), even those given out in large numbers, are flipping on fleaBay for absurd prices - at least for the first couple of sales. After that, they settle down. Still expensive by historical measures, but way off the highs.
The latest example of this is the WhatNot Innovation Dollars from their NGC Giveaway and auction sale a couple of weeks back. 150 were made, 30 were given away and 30 were sold at an auction to benefit ANA summer seminar (prices went over $300). As far as we know the other 90 have not entered the market...
