Looks 63-64 to me but I've seen worse in 65 holders. Obverse looks nicer than reverse in terms of bag marks but need to see coin in hand, as always.
I’m in at 63 obv pic looks a little bright. Not sure about the surface

I would have thought 64.....thanks for posting. I would crack it and submit RAW to PCGS.
The value difference between MS63 and MS64 isn't worth the risk of a crackout or even a regrade. Besides, it looks like a nice, accurately graded MS63 to me.

It is better to have that, "Sure is nice for a 63" than it is, "Hmmmm... looks a bit over graded at a 64".
