The value difference between MS63 and MS64 isn't worth the risk of a crackout or even a regrade. Besides, it looks like a nice, accurately graded MS63 to me.

I agree.
It is better to have that, "Sure is nice for a 63" than it is, "Hmmmm... looks a bit over graded at a 64".
