keets was one of the main posters of So-Called Dollars on the forums for many years and was one of the first to get and post TrueViews for So-Called Dollars. Over the years, there's been mention of winding down the collection, so I thought it would be a nice tribute to collect his pieces together here which I've done in an article here in collaboration with him.
The collection on the following page is still being built but is a good start.

Post any of your keets So-Called Dollars or appreciation of his collection and collecting here.

Great collection, @keets and thank you @Zoins for posting and reminding us of his SCD's.

@keets added a lot of life and information to these boards for a very, very long time. I don't have any idea what transpired to have him go missing, but we are the poorer for it, in my opinion.

@TomB I could not find out what got him banned. I too miss his contributions to this site. Anyone know where he might be posting now?

@keets is a knowledgeable collector and contributed to the forum for many years. I am sure he is doing well. Cheers, RickO
Come back Keets.
He was banned so he'll have to contact Heather and ask to be reinstated. I don't know why he was banned but I'd also like to see him come back.

I also miss Al and wish he would/could come back.

Keets was banned because of some posts he made on the Sports Forum...He loves his Cleveland Browns!.... Maybe just a little too much.
I suspect that he actually did come back.....For awhile.
I really don't know.🤔
He was really a conscientious poster on these coin forums in the many times I interacted with him, sometimes on very passionate topics.
I was lucky to trade emails with him when I purchased some pieces from him in the past.
Here are my pieces from his collection:
I thought I recall his avatar of a guy dressed in turquoise shirt sitting sideways next to a car… ??
And wasn’t he a nickel expert?
A great poster on all so called. As both a seller and collector of so calleds I do miss his posts
Keet’s posts were always very informative.

I haven't been around much lately either, and it saddens me to know he isn't around at all. I have great regard for his knowledge and enthusiasm of SCD's. I hope to someday achieve a set as lofty as he assembled.

Sad he’s no longer here.
