Organizing the horde -Put together another Wayte Raymond Album today - partial date set of Morgan’s

I sorted out all my raw Morgan’s and was able to get more than half of a complete date set and put them into a Wayte Raymond album today. For whatever reason I have more of the older dates and less of the newer dates.

Most of the Morgan’s are BU, some are popular VAMs, lots of them are O mintmark. The album binder and the first blank dollar board has never been used before, but the 2nd page is actually a blank dollar Meghrig page that I’ve been using for some random dollars for several years. I had that page in the back of another binder that houses a complete Jefferson nickel set.

I thought it came out looking pretty good and now I know which dates I still need. I also now know how many duplicates I have. Most likely I’ll end up selling off the duplicates and using the money to buy the ones I still need to complete the date set. I have about 39 1921-Ds from when I used to cherry-pick the VAMs in the Fun with 21 book, but just a few duplicates each of about 2/3 of the others. The other 1/3 I had only one example of.

I’ll also probably add a couple more pages to the binder of some other coin type since there’s still more room for more pages🌞

Love it! I recently compiled mine into a set, but no way to display them . Still on the hunt for a album that holds black ring air-tites..

You probably already know about these albums that hold air-tites, but just in case you don’t https://www.capsalbums.com/caps-a-sized-page-4 . But I have no idea if the black ring ones fit. I never heard of these until recently when someone on the board posted about them.

I have some of those old Wayte Raymond Albums. I really liked them a long time ago. Sold a few with coins. They just feel like the time frame of the coins to me.
