Be aware that there are a number of scam emails going around offering information and access to the "new lower prices". One had the wrong street address of the main P.O. under the sender's name and another had "Sales Director, UPS" as her title.

Go to usps.com for accurate information on anything postal.

FYI, I recently discovered https://shipandinsure.com/. Much cheaper insurance, but requires a $140 NACA membership.
$0.11 per $100 on registered, $.28/100 on Priority.
