Man I wish I had like 3k to get a 34-s in 63 before they exploded in price. I still want one, but it's ganna be a while.
I'm not digging the reeding marks on the neck and the toning is somewhat unattractive.
You also have to ask for such a big coin why it isn't CAC'ed.

Nice, why doesn't the cert work?

The seller appears to be using the image from this PCGS MS66, which also happens to be listed on Ebay but for $20k less. There are currently two PCGS MS66 listings so it won't be hard to find. The seller of OP's coin also states this on the listing "You will receive the nicest of two or more, not necessarily the imaged coin. Both available at time of posting. "

If I had the money to buy a '34-S in 66, it wouldn't be that one.
If I had MS65 money to purchase a 34-S, it also wouldn't be that one.

Nah, it's junk. Go ahead and send it to me.

I only have eyes for a MS63 version of this to fit in with my MS63 Peace set so this is trash.
Trash I say!
Pass
Is it fake?
That’s crazy
Looks to have good hair detail, but the hits on the neck disqualify it for me... Would always see them first.... Cheers, RickO
@Che_Grapes I respectfully request that when you create threads that you include what coin (34-S Peace Dollar) or type as a courtesy. Thank you.

Fishy. Lower end coin in fake slab perhaps.

It’s no go -
What really disturbs me about it is “invalid certificate” per PCGS Cert verify. So avoid, pass!
I'll pass also.
Do you mean in the title?
It is written on the coin holder… I guess I’m confused what you are requesting. Appreciate the feedback - constructive criticism or comments always welcome my friend
He means in the title of the thread. Otherwise it's very click baity and is difficult to ignore if it's a topic in which we're not interested or to find in reference if it's something in which we are interested.
Vamoose!
Pete
It might have been pulled from the cert search and marked invalid cert due to too many Asian fake holders using that number. Wasn't there a thread around here with a list of some of the known commonly counterfeited cert numbers/holders?

This is a real coin and has a current TrueView but the OP's pic of that seller listing looks like whoever listed it is using either a historic image of the coin or is up to no good as there is another party selling what appears to be the actual coin in another listing currently on Ebay.

Wow! Great observation
So it would then be more like all the other posts on here?
No, it would be like a lot of other posts, whose thread titles give forum members a better idea about the thread’s subject. And that would be a good thing.

I agree it would be a good thing, and I’ll do better, just not sure why I was called out on it when nearly all of the titles on this thread, do not address the coin in question in the title!!!
But no problem I’ll make sure to do better.
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve suggested more specific thread titles multiple times…not that the thread originators necessarily appreciated it 😬

Actually I do feel better! Thanks for your comment
This "seller" has been brought up here before. I think the consensus was that they offer inventory that is available elsewhere but with a mark-up. So more or less a drop shipper of coins.
